In the heart of La Spezia, a bistro has opened that speaks the local language and preserves the region’s most authentic flavours.
The sign, in the local dialect of La Spezia, “cucina, goti e fugassa”, captures the spirit of the place: simple yet carefully prepared dishes, glasses of fine wine and focaccia baked fresh every day.
From freshly baked farinata to dishes that evoke Ligurian tradition, every detail is designed to offer an authentic experience, filled with aromas and flavours that tell the story of the past. And then there are the drinks: timeless classics and original creations that highlight the region’s citrus fruits, herbs and aromas. Every drink is designed to complement the food and turn every aperitif into a moment to remember. A meeting place, full of smiles and shared stories.
A place that grows alongside the community around it, where everyone who steps through the door can feel the energy and passion with which it was created. But above all, a place to rediscover the pleasure of good things, prepared with passion.
