If you are looking for a restaurant in Moneglia where you can enjoy traditional Ligurian dishes in a simple and welcoming setting, Ristorante L’Uliveto is a long-standing local establishment.

Since 1983, in the Camposoprano area, L’Uliveto has been serving genuine, home-style cuisine inspired by traditional recipes and quality ingredients.

Traditional Ligurian cuisine

The menu at Ristorante L’Uliveto celebrates the flavours of traditional Ligurian cuisine, with many homemade dishes and seasonal recipes.

The selection of first courses includes Ligurian classics such as ravioli with ragù, pansoti with walnut sauce, trofie with pesto and pesto gnocchi, as well as seasonal specialities such as tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, artichoke ravioli, pumpkin ravioli and homemade gnocchi with porcini mushrooms.

Among the house specialities are Spaghetti all’Angelo Nero and oven-baked cannelloni, while the meat dishes include traditional recipes such as Ligurian-style rabbit, roast veal, grilled chicken and Italian-style mixed fried food.

Homemade pasta and desserts

Homemade pasta is one of the defining features of L’Uliveto’s cuisine, bringing authentic flavours and recipes deeply rooted in local tradition to the table.

The desserts are also homemade, offering a selection of simple and traditional treats to finish your meal.

The menu is complemented by a selection of Ligurian and Piedmontese wines, including wines from the Colli di Luni area, chosen to pair with the restaurant’s dishes.
