Thanks to its enviable position on the Baia delle Favole, the San Marco 1957 restaurant fully boasts what is now its slogan: “On the sea… on the pier”.
The “patron” is Roberto Famà, an attentive and meticulous Chef as well as Maitre Officier de Table of the “Chaine de Rotisseur” for more than forty-five years.
The San Marco 1957 offers a cuisine mainly based on fish, which arrives fresh every day, brought directly to the restaurant by local fishing boats, but is also able to satisfy the palate of meat lovers.
The menu includes a vast assortment of cooked and raw appetizers (Plateau Royale and Oysters), fresh pasta prepared daily by the restaurant staff and a wide choice of fish-based main courses, all accompanied by fresh vegetables from the Tigullio gardens. Desserts of great craftsmanship and quality complete the whole.
The care for the quality of the raw materials used earned San Marco 1957 the Genova Gourmet recognition.
An original mix of refined dishes of traditional Ligurian cuisine as well as the classics of national cuisine, together with a cellar of selected wines and the enchanting scenery of the Bay of Sestri Levante complete the gastronomic panorama.
