The Fermento Restaurant/Inn is located above Bagnone, in the heart of Lunigiana, in a panoramic position overlooking the green hills and the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines.
Fermento is a rustic restaurant whose homemade dishes revisit the authenticity and simplicity of the typical flavours of Lunigiana. The restaurant’s specialities are lamb and steak, but there are also fish dishes. The inn has been recently renovated maintaining the typical characteristics of the area, such as stone walls and stone vaults. This versatile and spacious restaurant can host up to 90/100 people for outdoor events. Indoors, the maximum capacity is 50 people. The inn offers accommodation for a maximum of 25 people, with 2 separate flats and 4 suites available. On hot days, guests can relax by the pool and take a swim surrounded by the hills to cool off.
