Restaurant in Crespiano, hamlet of Comano
The Ristorante Galletti was born from the idea of Rosolino Galletti, great-grandfather of the current manager Luca Giampietri. Luca, graduated from the Istituto Alberghiero of Massa in 2012, now leads the renovated and renowned Galletti Restaurant in Crespiano.
Since 1948, after the initial management of the restaurant by Rosolino and Maina, the management has passed to Maria Grazia Galletti and Annibale Santinelli, then passed to his daughter Adriana and Franco…up to the current young managers who celebrate the fourth generation.
The restaurant, completely renovated and the very accurate cuisine offers hearty dishes, still bake culinary delights according to traditional recipes left by great-grandmother Maina and well preserved !
Some of the specialties of the Ristorante Galletti
The cuisine is based on recipes of the Lunigiana tradition, handed down from generation to generation with strictly homemade pasta.
An example are the classic ravioli, in winter we have our tortellini in broth, the testaroli of Lunigiana with pesto, the lamb of Lunigiana, the cut of beef of Lunigiana.
The cakes made by luca also those of own production, are traditional, but innovative and reworked. The workhorse Chestnut cake and tarts.
