Every day Punto e Pasta, a stone’s throw from the historic centre of Villafranca in Lunigiana, prepares fresh pasta, culinary specialities, desserts and traditional products from Lunigiana with passion, faithfully following the typical recipes handed down from generation to generation. Authenticity, inventiveness and the research for high quality are the constants that Adele and Sonia have instilled in their business.
The products of PUNTO E PASTA
In addition to the products that come from the family tradition, such as herb cakes prepared with the typical “erbetti” (herbs), potato cakes, stuffed vegetables, tortelli and desserts, there are innovative dishes that are the result of constant study and research, without ever neglecting the relationship with traditions.
Punto e Pasta was founded in 1989 in Via Unrra, in Villafranca in Lunigiana. It was the realisation of Adele’s dream, namely to create the perfect shop that she herself had wished to exist in Lunigiana, a place where she could find and buy the typical products of her land, the ones she had always enjoyed at home. In 2001, with the new business partner Sonia, the business grew and moved to its current location, in Via della Resistenza 10.
