Pesto Fiore

Pesto Fiore

Artisanal workshop, gourmet shop
and welcoming takeaway
in the historic centre of La Spezia.

It all began in La Spezia, in Nonna Fiore‘s kitchen, which was always bustling with activity. Among pots on the stove, the intense aromas of Ligurian basil and skilled hands, a recipe for artisanal Ligurian pesto was born, which has been passed down from generation to generation to the present day without losing its character and authenticity.

This is where Pesto Fiore comes to life: fresh Ligurian basil, selected pine nuts, PDO cheeses and extra virgin olive oil, handmade without preservatives or shortcuts. Only real ingredients, authentic passion and a lot of love for tradition.

Gourmet shop and artisan workshop in La Spezia

In the heart of La Spezia’s historic centre, the Pesto Fiore shop is a small temple of taste: an artisan pesto workshop, gourmet shop and welcoming takeaway.

Every day, the pesto is produced in small batches to ensure freshness, aromatic intensity and consistent quality.

Perfect for dressing pasta, accompanying crostini, focaccia and typical Ligurian dishes, Pesto Fiore’s pesto is a must for anyone visiting La Spezia and Liguria.

Pesto Class: an authentic experience combining taste and Ligurian tradition

For those who love to get involved, Pesto Fiore offers Pesto Classes, an authentic and convivial experience in the heart of Liguria: two hours to get your hands dirty, listen to family stories, taste focaccia and homemade dishes, culminating in a grand finale of local trofie pasta with pesto and a glass of local white wine.

A genuine, fun and decidedly Ligurian experience, perfect for discovering Genoese pesto directly from those who prepare it every day with passion.
