In the heart of Levanto, a stone’s throw from the sea, every day Pat Bakery offers products prepared with love and fresh ingredients, naturally leavened, and above all without lard.
There are many specialities to taste, starting with focaccia, plain or enriched with quality ingredients, without forgetting the Recco-style cheese focaccia and pizza on peel. Farinata, made with chickpea flour, is also a Pat Bakery highlight, along with savoury pies with all kinds of flavours, anchovies, stuffed vegetables and the ever-present gattafin. In addition, many types of bread are produced daily with a wide range of refined flours.
Like any bakery worthy of its name, you can immerse yourself in a wide choice of desserts, including tarts with cream and fresh fruit or homemade jams, plumcakes, Genoa cake, canestrelli, baci di dama, brioches and cakes, which are also available upon reservation.
