Bakery in Rapallo since 1950

 

From apprentice in 1926 to owner of the bakery after the war... This is how the long history of the Panificio Pasticceria Vivaldi, a business that has been present in the Rapallo area for three generations, began.

Since 1950, the Vivaldi family has been committed to offering its customers products that reflect the genuine flavours of Ligurian tradition and beyond, adopting ancient bread-making methods that require time, patience and experience, but above all the exclusive use of top-quality raw materials without chemical additives.

Apart from the typical simple or stuffed Genoese focaccia, the bakery offers a varied choice of bread as well as gastronomic products including savoury pies and many other traditional specialities.

In addition to the typical Genoese focaccia, classic or stuffed, the bakery offers a wide choice of bread, delicatessen products and dry pastries, in the hope of satisfying the culinary desires of all customers as much as possible.

We offer the typical Genoese focaccia, classic or stuffed in many ways, from focaccia with olives to focaccia with onions, from focaccia with cheese to focaccia with tomatoes, as well as farinata and a wide choice of bread.

In the hope of being able to best satisfy all customers, Panificio Pasticceria Vivaldi also has a department dedicated to delicatessen, with typical local dishes such as anchovies from the Ligurian sea, stewed cuttlefish, the famous tripe, vegetable pies and savoury pies, as well as tasty first courses.

Finally, there is no shortage of pastries, including dry pastries such as meringues, tarts, pandolce (Genoa cake), zeppole, canestrelli and sweet cakes.
