For generations we have been baking with expertise and passion, using only quality raw materials without chemical additives and adopting ancient bread-making methods.
Since 1950 Panificio Pasticceria Vivaldi has been offering products that fully reflect the genuine flavours of the Ligurian land.
In addition to the typical Genoese focaccia, classic or stuffed, the bakery offers a wide choice of bread, delicatessen products and dry pastries, in the hope of satisfying the culinary desires of all customers as much as possible.
We offer the typical Genoese focaccia, classic or stuffed in many ways, from focaccia with olives to focaccia with onions, from focaccia with cheese to focaccia with tomatoes, as well as farinata and a wide choice of bread.
In the hope of being able to best satisfy all customers, Panificio Pasticceria Vivaldi also has a department dedicated to delicatessen, with typical local dishes such as anchovies from the Ligurian sea, stewed cuttlefish, the famous tripe, vegetable pies and savoury pies, as well as tasty first courses.
Finally, there is no shortage of pastries, including dry pastries such as meringues, tarts, pandolce (Genoa cake), zeppole, canestrelli and sweet cakes.
