Panificio Balin is located in the beautiful village of Lavagna, a few steps away from the sea, inside a typical Ligurian shop. The strong point of the bakery is its use of the right raw ingredients such as 100% Italian flour (type 1) and natural leavening, as to ensure perfect digestibility. All year round Panificio Balin has a wide assortment of Ligurian focaccia, pizza and farinata (chickpea flat bread), vegetable cakes, rose cake, and Baciccia cake. And last but not least, the tasty homemade colomba, the “Pandolce Genovese” and many other sweet and savoury baked goods.
