Among the symbolic buildings of Levanto there is certainly Casa del Capitanato, dated 13th-14th century, a suggestive landing place in perfect Gothic-Romanesque style, located in the historic part of the Levanto village.

Well, in the Casa del Capitanato funds another symbol of Levanto, Osteria Tumelin, a bulwark of good eating and Ligurian culinary tradition.

1970 is the year of foundation: we say it because they are over 50 years of activity and success. The name of Osteria Tumelin comes from the nickname of grandfather “Bartolomeo” known as “Tumelin“.

Our philosophy has always been to enhance traditional recipes, in the name of sympathy and taste.

We are specialized in fish, seafood, live lobsters and handmade desserts.
