The Malatesta bakery has been baking bread in a wood oven since 1911, so that every piece of bread has the perfect amount of flavour and crunch. It also produces the never-failing focaccia, from the classic focaccia to the cheese one, so that every taste is satisfied. Among the other products there are the typical panigacci and testaroli, tigelle and sgabei (fried bread), pizzas and vegetable pies. The bakery also offers a wide range of cakes and desserts, from brioches and breakfast pastries to more elaborate cakes such as cheesecakes, mille-feuille, puffpastries and sponge cakes, panettone, pandoro, colomba and Christmas cakes. Finally, the delicatessen range features dishes such as lasagne with pesto and meat sauce, tagliatelle and ravioli, gnocchi and tortellini, arancini and freshly baked products. Malatesta bakery is also specialised in gluten-free products.
