It is not always possible to relive the past but here, at Hosteria Bertolini, you certainly can. Grandma Adriana and mum Emanuela inspired our Chef Luca with the nuances and scents of the traditions of our Gulf, imparting those secrets and recipes that magically delight us today. Chef Luca combines tradition with modernity in one of the oldest buildings in the hamlet of La Foce. The place once housed a Post House,  where thirsty travellers resumed their journey after a much needed break. Years later, the dust has been wiped away and today you can enjoy your spaghetti or mixed fry while the sea and the Apuan Alps ravish your eyes and seduce your soul. We are right next to our father Mazzini, whose sculpture is staring at us from the square, as a reminder of our origins. “The Menu, please.” The adventure is about to begin.
