The kitchen, sea and land, follows the same principle, drawing continuously to the imagination and innovative while respecting tradition.

Genovese focaccia and pasta are all homemade, fresh every day.

In stuffed pasta choice is very wide and you can have: Ravioli stuffed with pears or beets, bream or snapper.

The pesto sauce, sauces and other toppings are always fresh and homemade, as well as all the sweets of their own production and with exclusive recipes created and developed by Massimo Magoni and by Chef Gianni Paschino.

Among the proposals of the menu, which can vary according to the season, in particular evidence that some dishes are the faithful expression of tradition and good food Liguria, such as:

  • Focaccia al Formaggio

A morning of cooking school to discover the secrets of traditional Ligurian dishes and homemade pasta.

During the lesson, the following dishes will be presented:

– Stuffed Vegetables
– Lasagne with Pesto (mandilli de sea)

Each participant will participate actively in the lesson producing under our guide:

– The pesto
– Lasagna
– The stuffed vegetables

In addition each participant will receive the form containing the recipes and instructions for preparing the dishes presented.

The morning ends with a lunch in which the dishes presented in the cooking school will be served with the combination of a Ligurian wine.
