Antica Osteria dei Camalli is an inn of Ligurian Historical Cuisine.
At Carlo’s inn you will find traditional and historical Ligurian cuisine, forgotten or little known recipes of humble origin, for a journey through history through the recipes of the Ligurian tradition from 1800 to today. The historical aspect of the recipes that are the result of research and rediscovery of ancient flavors is underlined. The menu includes sea and land dishes with a selection of Ligurian cheeses, as well as Ligurian are most of the wines and liqueurs.
We accept small groups of max. 15 people with a la carte menu (subject to availability). We do not do tourist menu.
